A Listing Agent will assess the current value of your home, determine an appropriate list price based on market analysis, market your home across multiple platforms for the widest reach, show your home, negotiate on your behalf and guide you through the whole home-selling process from start to closing. *I like to throw in some fun and surprises!
The process typically looks like this:

Consider repairs / pre-listing inspection if needed
Create a game plan
Home staging recommendations
Step 2 - Market Your Home
Professional photography / video / drone if needed
List home on Central Indiana MLS (Mibor)
Execute marketing plan - social media advertising, open houses, etc.
Network your home to other realtors
Step 3 - Show Your Home
Pre-showing recommendations
Open house if needed
Negotiating offers / offer advice
Step 4 - Sell it
Go under contract
Manage pending sale
Monitor financing, appraisal, inspection and title insurance
Closing day: Get the keys, it's all yours!
